Tech Management

Our on-site engineering services are ready support your project. After
consulting with you and doing the preproduction RoadEase can support the
technical elements of your show on site. Our engineer has used systems
since the old days of composite analog to today's HiRes component and
SDI systems. Familiarity with color matching at both the camera and the
screen enables your pictures to look the best. Fluent in Folsom
technology our engineer also works with PowerPoint, Keynote, AfterFX and
may other software applications used in the production industry.
Hi-Def is coming our way ready or not. RoadEase has been developing
Hi-Def strategies with an eye toward the expense for the presentation
industry. Don't be surprised though when you see the broadcast products
taking over in these markets. Pro TV gear is made for workflow and
endurance, the migration to SDI, Cat5 and fiber signal methods
will make for better quality, further distances, and quicker setup. The
fun is just beginning here and the 16x9 screens look great.
Webcasting? RoadEase engineering will get the best picture possible
into your webcaster's machine. While many webcasters offer the
production element, they often cut corners or use prosumer gear. They
handle the IT side well but it takes the skill of video production
people to make good pictures.
Because our engineers do both content creation and onsite live
production they have the eye to keep things looking great. Take camera
placement for instance. With many AV companies you get cameras
where they fit and shots that just don't look right. At Roadease part of
the preproduction process is to ensure camera placement with an eye for
the action, thus making sure your tapes and Imag look their best.
Another element is color, no auto white balance here, our engineers
tweak to near perfection. Using scopes even for Folsom and HiRes
products is paramount in our production code. Whiter whites and blacker
blacks.
As the engineer in charge, everything in video including the recorded
audio is under the watchful eye of your RoadEase engineer. Recording
will look good with clean audio, and good color. The engineer also works
with the lighting designer to be sure everything works as needed. The
people in the department will be expertly managed and given whatever
pointers and training they need to get the job done right. RoadEase
understands the people who work in this field and will get the most out
of everyone.
Don't just get a tech when you can get an engineer!
