DVD Services

    For business applications a DVD can be used to provide a repeating message for tradeshows, kiosks and displays. The best part about DVD's is your message is uninterrupted because there is no need to rewind. There is also no wear so your pictures always look their best. Training materials can also be copied to make them more durable and easier to use with our chaptering and menu service. 

    Our packages all include two DVD's for safety and security of your valuable media assets. Turn around time is usually two weeks but better performance is available. Use the Contact form for RUSH orders. RUSH charges may vary so RoadEase will need to contact you.

    RoadEase DVD Services are based on the new recordable DVD-R technology. These DVD-R's will play in all DVD supporting computers and nearly all  DVD players. RoadEase has a test disc to mail to you to check your system if there is any doubt. See below to order a test disc. Plus with DVD player prices plummeting, getting a new player may not be a bad move either. 

    Our ordering system uses PayPal Credit Card processing, RoadEase never handles your credit card information, it is all stored safely with them. They are rated the number one internet payment service and your account is insured up to $100,000. You will learn more if you order!

Fill out your name and specifics of your project on our Order form so we know when to expect your project. Ship your project to us. Then when we are ready to ship, we will send you a PayPal Invoice which you can pay by Credit Card, Pay Pal or bank transfer. How can it be easier?

The RoadEase DVD-R test disc is FREE but requires a $9.99 deposit and $2 for shipping. Our PayPal ordering system will refund you the $9.99 when we receive the disc back WHETHER OR NOT you order from us (disc must be returned within 30 days). DVD orders unfortunately cannot be returned due to compatibility, but with DVD player prices plummeting, getting a new player may not be a bad move either.  If You DO Order from us you get the $9.99 off your order price and you can keep the test disc.   How can you hate it?

If you have only one copy of your source materials, RoadEase recommends that you use FEDEX shipping for your tapes, not necessarily overnight but insurable and traceable. We are not responsible for these losses. We will return your DVD's by US Priority mail and your tapes in a different FedEx ground shipment insured  for $500. Please notify us if you need additional insurance. All orders will be charged $25 for shipping and handling via FedEx. Customer is responsible for shipping to us. 

For business customers in the Greater Philadelphia area, pickup service may be available.

RoadEase will make every attempt to handle your tapes with care but we cannot be responsible for damage from older, heavily used or worn tapes. We may be able to make  improvements to video or sound quality but in most cases what you have is what you get. Since the actual value of the customer's  tape clearly exceeds and bears no relationship to charges for  duplication, editing and other services, RoadEase, in accord with accepted practice in the video industry, assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage from any cause whatsoever, including loss resulting from the negligence of RoadEase employees. It is unlawful for RoadEase to duplicate copyrighted materials, the customer agrees to hold RoadEase harmless in any actions resulting from such infringement. All work is accepted on the basis that copyright in the material supplied by the customer is vested in the customer.  Should the finished product from our studios be found defective, RoadEase will repair or replace such defects if the material is returned to RoadEase  within 30 days.  In no event shall RoadEase be responsible for consequential damages. All materials will be shipped to and from RoadEase at the customer's risk and expense. Customer should insure all tapes delivered to RoadEase against shipping and other risks.
