Trade Show PowerPoint has it all. RoadEase works closely with the management to present a look that's consistent with the signage and theme of the event. There are frequently elections, resolutions, business and message boards. RoadEase goes the extra mile to give your association as nice a look as your corporate presenters. Message boards are a great way to promote other events at the show, advertising for sponsors, and to promote next year. Using the main Screens for your General Session during walk-in, you'll get a lot of information across to your captive audience. Some organizations such as OAUG find this a great time to thank their sponsors. The PMA examples below were all created on site in Orlando within the mix of regular engineering things. PowerPoint can also used through the video switcher to make rather nice "lower thirds" to ID the presenter on IMAG and webcast screens.
